The health and safety of our employees, fellow workers and the general public is our number one priority, striving to maintain our excellent safety record through ongoing training and regular reviews and audits.

We have always recognised the importance of a well trained and dependable workforce. All of our plant operatives are CPCS trained and are long serving employees with a wealth of experience and ability on a varied range of sites, environments and equipment.

Our workforce benefits from an extensive list of training, ranging from plant operation and manual handling to abrasive wheels, first aid and asbestos awareness.

All plant operators are trained in the use of quick hitches in accordance with HSE guidelines.

Our groundworkers and Civil Engineers have Streetworks certification and CSCS competence.

We take the impact on the environment very seriously. We are committed to carrying out our work in compliance with statutory guidelines and where possible to excel minimum requirements. We adopt the principle of ‘BATNEEC’, Best Available Technique, Not Entailing Excessive Cost.

Method Statements and Risk Assessments are produced and adhered to for all our works, adhering to all current legislation.

We are registered with Constructionline, the UK register of pre qualified construction services. Additionally we are registered with Achilles UVDB for utility works, enabling us to carry out maintenance and repairs for Water Services such as Anglian Water. We are also able to supply qualified utility maintenance and repair operatives with streetworks certification.

We are committed to the Construction Skills Certification Scheme, all of our site operatives are certificated to a minimum of CSCS standard.
